Yep, horses have to go to the “gym” to stay physically fit. Riding them gives them excersise, but a fitness session helps them work their muscle groups in a way that gives them strength, proper position and helps them to be more comfortable and responsive when being ridden. Each of our horses currently receives 1 – 2  fitness session per week.
