It’s that time of the year again! Time to plan to come out and enjoy the best of the Fall Colors, a great weekend full of food, friends, campfires, trail rides, hiking and just visiting with some really great folks. Hoofin It for Mounted Eagles will be held on September 26th & 27th at the Trailing S Farm, home of Bill & Aggie Stroot. You can come on Friday evening and get your camp all set up so you’re ready to hit the trails on Saturday morning. Here’s the scoop:
Primitive camping for two nights – portable toilets – water for horses (non-potable)
Bring your own lunch, drinking water and feed for horses. There is Room for portable stalls/fencing. Pre-set “Picket Lines” NOT available. NO Stallions Please.
Check In Time:
Friday, Sept 25th, 4:00 pm OR
Saturday, Sept 26th, 7:00 am to 8:30 am for Riders
Non-riders may check in at any time on Saturday
Check Out Time:
Sunday, Sept 27th
No Later Than 3:00pm
Pre-Registration is Encouraged – It will help us plan food quantities for meals
Included in the registration cost are Saturday & Sunday Morning Breakfasts, Saturday Night Dinner & Saturday Hay Rides
Pre-Registered Riders: $50 per horse/one rider (all ages) if registration is postmarked by Sept 12th. Registrations will be accepted the day of the event for a cost of $55 per horse/one rider.
Non-Riders (no discount for pre-registration of non-riders):
$25 ages 13 yrs and older, $10 ages 6-12 yrs and 5 yrs and under are free
